‘Picture This’ is an interchangeable slide frame system that shows images on corridors and in side wards. Designed to enhance recognition and awareness, it uses pictures ‘to invoke past memories’. ‘Kodak-style slide frames’, backlit with LED lighting, feature interchangeable images, and ‘work particularly well with bygone scenes and nostalgic visions of childhood’, while ‘Memory Boxes’, within which patients place a personal object they can recognise and remember, can be installed by their beds.
