Toilets with cisterns were designed for domestic use, and are not suited to commercial environments.
Comprising plastic components, they are subject to intensive use, and sometimes rough handling. So says Delabie, the specialist in commercial water controls and hygienic accessories. In contrast, it explains, its direct flush valves were specifically designed for highly frequented public toilets, with a brass mechanism, and ‘shock-proof’ control button to withstand intensive use and vandalism. Successive flushes are also available instantly.
Delabie has recently made available for integrated panel systems the Tempoflux 2 on a frame system (pictured). The frame is equipped with a 3/6 L dual flush valve with integrated stopcock. Installers can adjust the flow rate to mains pressure, and to suit children’s WC pans. Tempoflux 2 cross wall, meanwhile, features a dual flush valve. Said to be ‘unique’ currently, it is reportedly ideal for healthcare facility use. ‘Maintenance is simple, with access behind the partition, away from the user area’.
