Rada has thus taken steps to help safeguard users by extending the guarantee on its range. From this month, all Rada customers will receive a twoyear parts and labour guarantee on all products, plus an additional three years on Rada-commissioned products. The extended guarantee will complement Rada’s specialist service packages, ‘part of an enhanced service provision’. A team of national service and maintenance professionals ensures the smooth, uninterrupted operation of the company’s taps, showers, washroom controls, and integrated systems. The team offers both ongoing maintenance and rapid repairs, to minimise breakdown risk.
Rada offers four service packages – a Commissioning Service, Preventative Maintenance, In-Service Testing, and Responsive and Non-Contract Maintenance.
