Wandsworth Healthcare says it ‘continually invests’ in developing its nurse call handsets to ensure they ‘provide the latest technological advances and improve patients’ experiences’. Its latest IPiN Evolution handset range is ‘ergonomically designed’, with a curved 24 mm profile and large back-lit button for ease of use.
The company said: “The handsets are backwardly compatible with existing IPiN Nurse call systems, which helps reduce installation costs, provides a dynamic, future-proof system. An interchangeable cable reduces maintenance and repair costs.”
Available with various features, including entertainment or bedlight control, the IPiN Evolution handset offers ‘crystal clear’ two-way speech. Wandsworth said: “The antimicrobial, wipe-clean membrane can be ‘bespoke designed’ to offer the exact features – for example control of blinds – the healthcare facility requires, without compromising on quality or infection control. In addition to the membrane, the casing and silicone grips are also antimicrobial and wipeclean, while the handset is IP67-rated, so can be dip sterilised. We believe the IPiN Evolution handset has set a new standard for patient experience, infection control, and providing future-proof solutions.”
