LiftStore opens new training facilities

Lift monitoring and control specialist LiftStore has launched a new and purpose built training facility at its Flint headquarters. From this facility LiftStore can offer the industry training on its products, including the market-leading Ethos controller, as well as engineering training including schematic and terminology understanding. The EMC training provides real-world examples of good practice for trouble-free electrical installations. Training sessions are often bespoke, and are tailored to fit the client’s needs. All LiftStore training is free of charge.

Sessions are set to the skill and knowledge levels of the delegates, with the right trainers on hand for any particular session. Eamonn Reid, LiftStore sales director, said: “Our training sessions are extremely flexible, and we don’t follow a set script or procedure. We feel that this is important because it helps us put the clients’ needs first, and provide them with the most beneficial training experience possible. Each session is developed with the particular client in mind, and it is our goal to impart as much information as possible, to give our customers the confidence to use and maintain our equipment. The training is offered free of charge because we have found that customers who have experienced the benefits of our products go on to be our best promoters within the industry.”

LiftStore’s “hands on” training approach is complemented with access to the company’s actual test and R&D departments, for practical seminars. As well as the training facility at Flint, LiftStore can also offer customers on-site training, if preferred.
