Agfa HealthCare exhibited its new suite of solutions including, Agfa ORBIS, the company’s clinical and administrative Hospital Information System and its Enterprise Clinical Portal solution at Healthcare Computing 2007 in Harrogate May.
The company’s new Enterprise Clinical Portal collates patient records and images from existing standalone systems and presents them through a single, unified web interface. The solution removes the necessity to access multiple systems to obtain a full view of relevant patient records, freeing up doctors’ time and enhancing patient care. In addition, the architecture of the technology means that it can be rapidly deployed and installed, making it fully operational within a matter of months from the point of purchase.
Also exhibited at the show was Agfa IPlanTM, the company’s internet-based enterprise scheduling solution. Agfa claims that the system assures the highest resource efficiency at the lowest time-to-schedule and ensures maximum user-friendliness.
