‘Shaping the future of HVAC in the healthcare sector’

‘At the forefront of innovation and efficiency in heating, cooling, and domestic hot water systems’, Aalberts hydronic flow control will be showing its core range of Flamco products, and new VDI 2035 products, and giving details on the newly launched Heat Power 24, which it dubs ‘the ultimate HVAC service company’.

The company said: “Heating systems are vital to healthcare settings, but very often grossly overlooked. Downtime is not an option. We aim to emphasise the crucial role of well-conditioned and maintained systems in healthcare settings, by presenting an expansive range of products – ‘from source to emitter’ – that guarantees reliable and efficient operation throughout the lifecycle. Our products are also suitable for retrofit scenarios, to rejuvenate existing systems, extending their longevity and enhancing their functionality. We recognise that in a demanding sector like healthcare, system reliability is not just a matter of convenience, but a crucial factor in ensuring safety and wellbeing. Come and speak to us, so we can show you how our extensive product range is meticulously designed to address the unique challenges of healthcare facilities, offering solutions that are both cutting-edge and reliable.”

At Healthcare Estates 2023, attendees can look forward to seeing the following on Stand C63:

  • Flamconnect Remote Monitoring:  a ‘revolutionary tool’ in system management, which allows for ‘seamless remote control and monitoring, ensuring optimal performance and swift response to any system discrepancies’.
  • UWS VDI 2035 products: a new addition to the hfc range, these water quality devices (filtration, filling, treatment) allow water system improvement in line with German technical standard VDI 2035.
  • Flexfiller direct pumpless pressurisation unit: a solution for maintaining system pressure without the need for pumps, ‘offering an energy-efficient alternative to traditional pressurisation units’
  • Top Up Automats: designed to maintain the ideal system pressure automatically, these devices are crucial in preventing downtimes, and maintaining the efficiency of water systems, ensuring healthcare facilities can operate without interruption
  • Vacuum degassers: A key component in maintaining system health, these devices are instrumental in removing gases from water systems, preventing corrosion, and enhancing system lifespan.
  • Air and dirt separation Units: These units play a pivotal role in keeping the system clean and functioning at peak efficiency by separating and removing air and dirt particles, thereby preventing blockages and system failures.

The Aalberts group includes ‘well-known and respected industry brands’ including Flamco, Comap, UWS, and Sentinel.  Aalberts said: “By incorporating knowledge from these businesses, combined into one service company, Heat Power 24 can confidently say we are boiler room experts, committed to offering end-to-end solutions and managing your healthcare HVAC system.

“By visiting our stand, you will have the opportunity to engage with industry experts, witness live product demonstrations, and learn more about how Aalberts hydronic flow control is shaping the future of HVAC in the healthcare sector. Join us to explore our truly innovative products and services and approach, and discover how we are redefining reliability and efficiency in healthcare systems management.”
