Waterloo Air Products has met the air distribution requirements for a two-phase £250 million project for University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH).
Phase 1, which opened in 2005, saw services from Cecil Fleming House and the Rosenheim wing and some inpatient and outpatient services at The Middlesex Hospital sites transfer to the new University College Hospital (UCH).
Now, under Phase 2, recently completed, maternity services currently being provided at the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson and Obstetric Hospital (EGA) will be provided in the new five-storey EGA Wing adjacent to UCH.
Waterloo was selected to supply ventilation and air distribution products including continuous slot diffusers, Laminair flow panels, linear bar grilles, egg crate grilles, supply and extract valves, and standard louvres and penthouses.
