A self-powered, robust, portable trolley cart for its computer terminals designed to provide medical staff and patients with easy, instant access to information has been launched by JAOtech.
Graham Grover, director, said: “The Movi allows JAOtech terminals to be conveniently moved to the point of need for access to records and information, improving workplace efficiency and patient safety. It can also be used by patients, providing a portable infotainment system for internet, telephone, entertainment, and other services.” All JAOtech’s Smart Terminals can be integrated, while, when connected to a hospital media network, doctors, nurses and clinicians can securely view information such as medical charts and results. The Movi has a lightweight, ergonomic design, and is self-powered, running for up to 12 hours.
