Information on all its pre-engineered systems, including the Spirax Sarco EasiHeat system, a popular energy-saving replacement for hospital calorifiers said to save plant room space, “virtually eliminate” maintenance downtime, and provide hot water on demand, will be available from Spirax Sarco.
By replacing calorifiers with Spirax Sarco EasiHeats, Kettering General Hospital reportedly reduced the energy consumed by two of its plant rooms by between 6 and 10%, enabling it to bid successfully for £250,000 from the Government’s Energy and Sustainability Fund. This year Spirax Sarco says it will showcase its complete and flexible range of services “covering all steam system needs”. “Services range from undertaking a steam trap survey to project managing a complete new energy centre”.
