Aid Call’s new, expandable Touchsafe two-way wireless nurse call system is designed to give maximum information at a glance and does not require any handling.
The new ATX 4000 and ATX 5000 Nurse Call bedhead devices use a dedicated 869 MHz frequency to ensure all calls transmitted are successfully received by the central display panels. An acknowledgment that the call has been received is given at the bedside. All elements likely to be touched or handled incorporate powerful anti-microbial additives. National sales manager at Aid Call, Christopher Donnelly, said: “The ATX 5000 call point has an LCD screen which enables the nurse to see the ‘next call waiting’ message, enabling staff to access their next call from the current client’s room without needing to revisit the main display panel.”
