Two of the orders are for the University Hospital of Morecambe Bay Trust (UHMB), and the Southampton University Hospitals NHS Trust. AFOS are supplying the former with specialist stainless steel equipment including autopsy tables, dissecting tables, lifting trolleys, and body storage, for a complete mortuary refurbishment at both Lancaster Royal Infirmary and Furness General Hospital. The Southampton University Hospitals NHS Trust, meanwhile, will receive new body storage, including several bariatric stores. AFOS has also has won two PFI orders, one for the new Forth Valley Acute Hospital in Scotland, and the other for the new Pembury Hospital in, Tunbridge Wells, alongside an order from the Pinderfields and Pontefract Hospitals joint venture project at Pinderfields in Wakefield. These three orders are for new mortuary and pathology laboratory facilities, including body storage, and specialist stainless steel autopsy and dissection tables plus associated equipment.
