Global organisation SSP provides retail and catering outlets, with franchise rights to popular brands including M&S Simply Food and M&S Café, Starbucks, Burger King, and Pizza Hut, and also has own-brand stores.
During the past year the company has introduced a number of these brands to the healthcare sector, beginning with the successful launch of M&S Simply Food, M&S Café, and Whistlestop, at St George’s Hospital in Tooting, closely followed by the launch of M&S Simply Food and M&S Café into St Thomas’ Hospital, London, and the opening of M&S Simply Food, Whistlestop, and Pumpkin, at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading.
