Power Electrics Generators has been awarded a two-year contract to maintain all standby generators at the three hospitals making up Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust – the John Radcliffe, Churchill, and Horton General hospitals.
The contract involves the servicing of all the hospitals’ generators, which range from 7 kVA to 2000 kVA in output. Power Electrics will provide temporary generators to support critical site load while undertaking the major services – described as “a stringent regime that takes hospital power protection a step further than most maintenance regimes”.
