A hospital “bleep” system that links together all members of a “crash” team, regardless of what Bosch communication device they are carrying, ensuring all personnel get to an emergency rapidly, will feature on the Call-Systems Technology (CST) stand.
By adding Bosch’s new two-way speech pager, effective, instant communication is “prioritised, targeted, and reactive”. Additional devices, including digital pagers, DECT phones, and one-way speech pagers, can all be linked, while the system can also “interface” with external telecommunications, data and TCP/IP networks, and alarm management and CCTV systems. Also shown will be the Bosch IP DECT 6000 handset, combining on-site paging and DECT cordless telephony in one sturdy unit. CST says integrating VoIP capabilities into a LAN network for DECT quality and VoIP network flexibility make it “perfect for cross-site communication”.
