Heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration solutions supplier Daikin UK now offers retrofit self-cleaning filter upgrades to the Roundflow cassettes used in its VRV, Sky Air, and CMS air conditioning systems.
Existing standard Roundflow cassettes can now be upgraded with a “unique” self-cleaning filter panel. The new cassettes can reportedly produce running cost savings of up to 30% compared with standard ceiling cassettes; by keeping the filter in optimum condition, they “reduce the resistance to air flow normally associated with standard filters as they become blocked over time”.
