Foremans Relocatable Building Systems, reportedly the UK’s largest supplier of recycled and refurbished modular buildings to the healthcare sector, has published a new brochure outlining the design options and technical advancements now available for its “highly sustainable, fast, and costeffective accommodation solutions”.
It is described as “an informative guide to procuring recycled modular buildings for healthcare providers in both public and private sectors – from ward extensions, self-contained blocks, offices, and decant facilities, to day surgery units, renal dialysis centres, and cardiac catheterisation suites”. The publication includes information about specifications, building refurbishment and reconfiguration, procurement options, health and safety, and the environmental credentials of recycled modular buildings. Illustrated are completed projects from a variety of sectors, accompanied by comments from architects, contractors, and users.
