Oldham-based designer and engineer of “clean air” systems Medical Air Technology (MAT), and Ballymenabased designer of, and project manager for, medical facilities MET Healthcare have joined forces to provide “state-of-the art” ultra-clean operating theatres, cleanrooms, aseptic suites, and containment laboratories, across Ireland.
Neil Hay, MAT’s contracts director, said: “Our complementary skills, capabilities, and experience, make MAT and MET ideally placed to support clients with their new build programmes and refurbishment projects. We share a common approach that builds long-term relationships with our customers.” MAT also recently announced that it had passed its triennial ISO Certification Audit and been certified by certification body ISOQAR as having maintained a quality management system to the ISO 9001: 2008 standard. The company says the certification demonstrates its “ongoing commitment to following well-defined quality management practices for delivering quality products and services, as well as continual improvement”.
