Last month’s Ecobuild exhibition saw LG Air Conditioning & Energy Solutions show, for the first time in Europe, its new Multi V III commercial air conditioner for large facilities.
The third generation of the “popular” Multi V series, LG’s “flagship product in Europe” delivers three key benefits: “better energy efficiency, larger capacity, and support for longer duct networks”. It offers a coefficient of performance of 4.6 – reportedly one of the industry’s highest – with the energy efficiency boosted by LG’s V-Scroll inverter compressor and HiPOR (high pressure oil return) technology. The result is a system “that allows building owners to reduce operational costs and environmental impact, while still providing reliable heat even in extremely low external temperatures”. The system’s extended capacity is due to its continuous heating system, which is capable of maintaining a pleasant indoor temperature without any heat loss from defrosting.
